Remember listing yourself on the old "Ancaster Factor" website? The
creator of the site decided to retire it back in 2007 with the hopes it would
revive itself through Facebook. Great idea but unfortunately for most of us
Facebook didn't quite fill the gap. We lost the directory aspect of the site
and the ability to connect with friends, past and present, without having to
actively hunt them down.

Ancaster.com recently launched a site all about Ancaster and, as part of that launch, we are reviving 'The Factor'. The Factor is the best of both worlds, a listing of everyone who wants to connect or reconnect - but using Facebook as the comment engine so you can freely update your own messages.

Right now the page is pretty bare as we're restarting from scratch but we hope that
you'll join us to start where we left of with the old Ancaster Factor and create a lively place for those of us who hold Ancaster and Ancaster residents (past and present) near and dear to them.

As we like to say at Ancaster.com, you can take the people out of Ancaster, but you can't take the Ancaster out of the people.
